FAQs

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state that a person experiences several times throughout the course of a day.

Is Hypnosis safe?

Yes! The induction of Hypnosis is a naturally occurring process.

Is the hypnotherapist in control of my mind?

No. A hypnotherapist does not have magical powers. They have the ability to communicate in a dynamic and focused way.

Will I know what’s happening?

Absolutely. At all times the patient remains in control when under hypnosis.

Does hypnotherapy work for everyone?

Hypnotherapy works for people who want to make changes in their life.

How many sessions will I need?

Every client is individual and their treatment plan will be tailored to them. Where necessary Nicole uses an integrative approach with other health professionals to provide the patient with a professional and thorough plan.
