The Inner Rest Practice is a gently paced four week group experience created to help you slow down, de-stress, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.
Designed for seasons when life feels full, fast, or demanding, this course offers a grounded space to pause, listen inward, and rebuild the nervous system capacity needed to meet everyday life with more steadiness, clarity, and emotional balance.
This is not about stepping away from life.
It is about developing the inner support to live more steadily within it.
Held within a supportive group container, this journey invites you to slow down alongside others without needing to perform, explain, or keep up.

How the Group Experience Works:
Each week guides you through simple practices, reflection, and integration to support inner rest, presence, and expanded capacity.
The emphasis is on pacing, choice, and embodiment rather than effort, intensity, or pushing yourself to be somewhere you are not.
Practices may include:
Guided meditation and breath work
Embodied awareness and grounding practices
Somatic techniques
Simple reflection for real-life integration
Rather than forcing calm, this work supports your capacity to stay connected to yourself when stress, emotion, or pressure arise.
The group container offers shared presence and guided support, with space to participate in a way that feels steady, simple, and accessible.
