The Inner Rest Practice

The Inner Rest Practice is a gently paced four week group class created to help you slow down, de-stress, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.

Designed for seasons when life feels full, fast, or demanding, this class offers a grounded space to pause, listen inward, and rebuild the nervous system capacity needed to meet everyday life with more steadiness, clarity, and emotional balance.

This is not about stepping away from life.
It is about developing the inner support to live more steadily within it.

Held within a supportive group setting, this class invites you to slow down alongside others without needing to perform, explain, or keep up.

This Class May Support You If You

  • Feel stretched, overstimulated, or internally busy

  • Notice reactivity, fatigue, or difficulty slowing down

  • Want to feel more present within daily responsibilities

  • Are moving through stress, transition, or sustained demand

  • Sense a need for more steadiness, grounding, and inner support

  • Want to rebuild trust in the wisdom of your body

  • Want a grounded place to return to when life feels full again

How the Class Works

Each week includes simple practices, reflection, and integration to support inner rest, presence, and expanded capacity.

The emphasis is on pacing, choice, and embodiment rather than effort, intensity, or pushing yourself to be somewhere you are not.

Practices may include:

  • Guided self-hypnosis and subconscious support

  • Embodied awareness and grounding practices

  • Breath-based and somatic techniques

  • Simple reflection for real-life integration

Rather than forcing calm, this work supports your capacity to stay connected to yourself when stress, emotion, or pressure arise.

The group setting offers shared presence and guided support, with space to participate in a way that feels steady, simple, and accessible.
