A 4 Week Journey into Inner Rest, Steadiness, and Heart-Led Living
The Capacity Course is a gently paced, embodied journey designed to support inner rest and steadiness within everyday life.
This offering exists for seasons when life feels full, fast, or demanding, and your system is asking for more space, presence, and internal support. Rather than pushing for change, the work creates the conditions where the nervous system can soften and settle, allowing clarity, emotional balance, and heart-led awareness to return naturally.
The Capacity Course is not about stepping away from life.
It is about learning how to meet life from a steadier place within it.
This journey is intentionally offered as a recurring pause point. A place to return whenever your system needs grounding, recalibration, or rest.

How the Work Is Experienced
The Capacity Course works directly with the nervous system and subconscious through gentle, embodied practices.
The emphasis is on pacing, presence, and integration rather than effort or intensity.
Practices may include:
• guided self-hypnosis and subconscious support
• embodied awareness and grounding practices
• breath-based and somatic techniques
• simple reflection for real-life integration
Rather than forcing calm, the work builds capacity to stay with yourself across a range of internal states.
Ways to Experience This Journey
Group Journey
A shared experience held within a supportive group container. Steadiness and regulation deepen through collective pacing and presence, while personal boundaries and choice are respected.
Individual One-to-One Journey
A private container where the work is paced entirely to your system. This option offers personalized attunement, flexible timing, and focused integration.
Both formats follow the same philosophy and practices.
The difference lies in how the work is held relationally.
Orientation Within the Journey Pathway
These journeys are not linear, and there is no single right order.
Some seasons call for rest, steadiness, and nervous system support.
Other seasons call for deeper integration and embodied change.
